Lecture 1: Keys to succeed in a competency based interview
Ponda Education Society’s Rajaram and Tarabai Bandekar College of Pharmacy, Farmagudi-Ponda Goa, organized first webinar in the recently inaugurated V-connect series on “Keys to succeed in a competency-based interview” on 24th July 2021.
Mr. Durgesh Pai Angle, General Manager, Human Resources, Unichem Laboratories Ltd, Goa was the distinguished speaker who guided the undergraduate, post graduate students and faculty members on attitude and tips for attending a competency-based interview.
Shri. Ritesh R. Naik, Secretary, Ponda Education Society was the Chief Patron for the webinar.
Dr. Shilpa Bhilegaonkar, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, and IQAC member compered for the webinar.
The inaugural address for the webinar was given by Dr. S. N Mamle Desai, Principal of Ponda Education Society’s Rajaram and Tarabai Bandekar College of Pharmacy.
Miss. Kamakshi Kunkolienkar, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics introduced the Speaker, Mr. Durgesh Pai Angle to the participants.
The total number of participants who attended the webinar were 79.
The webinar began at 10.30 am and concluded at 11.45 am with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Suwarna Suresh Bobde, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics and IQAC Coordinator.
